Use of Artistry

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Spotify login credentials and for restricting access to your device to prevent unauthorized access to Artistry.
• You agree to use Artistry only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You agree not to use Artistry to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• You agree not to transmit any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code through Artistry.

Spotify Integration

• Artistry uses the Spotify Web API to allow you to connect your Spotify account and generate playlists.
• You acknowledge and agree that you are bound by Spotify's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms.
• Artistry does not store your Spotify password.

Content and Ownership

The content on Artistry, including the website design, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Linda Rong Zhang or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Artistry in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimers

• Artistry is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that Artistry will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We do not warrant that Artistry will be secure from unauthorized access, viruses, or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of Artistry, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
